These varieties are pre-started in 601 containers. 601 means you receive a pack that is broadcast seeded, all the onions grow in one container, approximately 24-30 onion starts in each container. Transplant to rich fertile garden soil and water to establish. Onions transplant well and barely know they have been moved!
Water adequately during the summer to keep the growth happening.
